Happiness is a state of mind - Mr John Foo

One thing that I am unsure of is if John still visit my lousily written blog here. Hehe.
Anyway I am gonna talk about John this entry. I actually did once but I removed that post and kept it under draft after I gave him this url. -shy-

I knew John back in Seraya. This pretty SNAG looking guy caught my attention and leaves me under the impression of pretty metrosexual and eloquent.
I was really inconfident to strike even a simple conversation with him for the fear of embarrassing myself. Simply because my 'ang moh' is not so power and I don't speak French. Hahaha.

John is very much well liked, especially the ladies. Other ETs like Ed-Die and S-Mar-Co (Ed-die is the worse of all!Irritating to the core but amazingly blessed with 2 very good looking sons. His luck.) are just very annoying and of cos' John doesn't has to be compared to the 2 irritants to stand up.

I only got to know him better towards the end of my contract and we remained close in contact afterwhich...briefly.

I do not wish to question now why and how is the contact mellowed but I guess this is life. Not everyone would stay in your life but some...The footprints remained in the heart.

John has the most beautiful and poetic words for anyone and everyone. His words just sing and 'Happiness is a state of mind' remains my favourite line.


I'm sounding as though I am carrying a torch for him. Hehe. Well you see, if you know John..it is not difficult at all to fall for his charms. I just think he is special,that's all.

I have no idea how he is doing now. Perhaps still stubbornly chained to his work desk and can be found at Mediya on Sunday afternoons.
Things might have change or not, I just wanna tell John that I miss him. (Platonically)

So doubt you read this but still it is always my pleasure to know you, mon amie.
And I am really proud to share the charm of this Romeo (whom thinks he is more of Hamlet and both died anyway) in that certain 20-21 years old part of my life.
